- Check your email or text messages for confirmation and instructions on how to join the appointment. You may receive a link to click on or a phone number to call.
- Test the technology before the Telehealth visit and make sure you have a good internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and a quiet and well-lit place.
- Log in early and check your settings. Enter your name and wait for the provider to join the call.
- During the visit, talk to your provider as you would in a regular appointment. Ask questions, share your concerns, and follow their advice.
